Your Appointments are very important to our OH.WINK! Lash Stylists. We hold your appointment time just for you, and ask that if you must cancel or reschedule any appointment, please provide us a 24 hours notice. This way, our Stylists will be able to adjust their schedules accordingly, and accommodate clients on waiting list.
OH.WINK! has initiated a 20% Service Fee for late notice Cancellations.
For no-show we will charge 100% of the service price to cover the time and opportunity cost for our OH.WINK! stylists.
Please be on time! If you arrive late, your reservation may need to be modified or rescheduled. If you are more than 15 minutes late, you will be considered a NO SHOW and will be charged accordingly to the services you booked. We schedule clients back to back, so please be considerate of both your lash stylist and the clients that come after you.

To change your appointment time, you may cancel your appointment and either reschedule online (cancellation link provided in your confirmation email once you book!), call us on 99667331, or email us and we can adjust it for you.
Please note that because OH.WINK! is by appointment only, we may not be able to accommodate all change requests. Changes over 24 hours of appointment time will incur a fee of 20% of the service price.
Certain circumstances and seasons may leave you in a panic to squeeze in a last minute lash appointment that is outside of our normal business hours. After hours appointments may be available on a case by case basis for an additional fee.
